Wells Fargo Bank in Louisa, Virginia

First let me start by saying I do not live close to this branch at all! We had a somewhat tricky estates account to deal with and after being told no by many other branches both inside and outside of the Wells Fargo network we met our angel named Noah Elias, Branch Manager! Talk about the heavens opening up! As someone who has worked in banking and customer service for 20 years, i know when I am in the presence of someone who truly believes in the customer first. After multiple emails and phone calls, Noah and his team at Wells Fargo Louisa were able to get everything situated right at the time we were ready to give up and cry! Late night emails? Follow through? A nice smile when we finally arrived an hour before closing? ... check, check, check! Oh and did I mention he had to also have three account owners in three separate states all at the same time? Yes, he did that! Thank you Wells Fargo and namely, Noah, Chelsea and Carin! Santa will be very good to you this year!

I have used this location only a couple of times but both times customer service is great very friendly people I appreciate them for helping me out thank you downside there is no walk up ATM you will have to go through drive thru

This is a touristy, pedestrian shopping area, but there's no walkup ATM ... So I'm standing behind a Ford at the drive through to get cash to buy some tchotchkies at an antique mall. Not great.
