Jason Richards | Opened an online account an with Wells Fargo. They sent me my account application via snail mail to sign and return. Well I ended up signing on the wrong line so I went by the branch to have them print another copy to sign and turn in at the branch. Worked with representative Tania, she had very poor customer service skills. She never once invited me to sit down. At first explanation of why I came in she didn't want to help me, and said that they couldn't print these documents. Then low and behold she is able to print it, and she allows me to sign it. Then she was going to fax it in for me, but couldn't figure out how to print a fax cover sheet with out help from another person at the branch. Finally completed the task, and I asked her to please Shred the old document. I was told that they could not shred my personal information at their Bank. I then asked if I could use the restroom, and was told, NO, they did not have public restroom facilities even though I am a customer. Honestly her customer service was some of the worst I've ever seen at a bank, and some of this branches policies has me rethinking allowing them to take care of my money. |
