Wells Fargo Bank in Newberg, Oregon

Really frustrating that I work right across the street & have to make an appt to make a deposit & sometimes it can be several hrs to get in! I understand limiting contact bc of covid but it's really inconvenient for me to not be able to handle my business immediately &to have to plan my day around a trip to the bank just bc I am.not driving at the moment. I even offered to walk through the drive thru teller in order to not have to wait & was told I can't do that either. I mean, they're not checking temperatures or recording who comes and goes, etc. just making it more challenging for you to handle your business.

Usually great... But closed at 5:38pm when clearly posted open till 6pm on the door. Update needed.

Judy branch manager went above and beyond to help me resolve a tricky issue. Countless calls back and forth to different departments and at the end of the day she resolved it all while working around my schedule and with a smile on her face. The world needs more people like her!
