Wells Fargo Bank in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania

I went to Wellsfargo to ask for help to sign on online and Stacey Lee Cardona attended me and told me that she could not attend me because she had already explained to me previously. Worst customer service ever.

Worst bank ever! Wont let my wife deposit money into my account! I have family in banking and they've NEVER heard of this! Yes maybe to withdraw, but to deposit! Who cares. Wells fargo is by far the hardest bank to deal with! I'm gonna have to cancel this account. Bunch of dopes.

I made an appointment online to open an account 2 weeks ago. I tried opening the account with the promo code 4 times online with no success. I called customer service and was informed to make an appointment at a branch in order to open the account due to an issue Wells Fargo was experiencing with opening online accounts with the promo code. I made the appointment that day with customer service on the line. I purposely made it 2 weeks out to give time if the time I selected wasn't available or if there was reduced staff currently. I received confirmation from the site that the appointment was accepted. I thought everything was fine, I did not receive any communication from the banking location or call until the day of my appointment at 9am. I was told that due to reduced staff they were unable to keep my appointment. They requested to change the appointment to Monday or Tuesday but unfortunately I cannot because I do still work from home. I am just disappointed because I could have been informed earlier in the week to reschedule at a time that would be more convenient. I am disappointed with the service as a potential customer. I will not be going back to this branch.
