Westmark Credit Union in Pocatello, Idaho

I've now had 3 car loans through Westmark. I can't say enough about how this institution takes customer service to the next level. I had questions, I received direct honest answers. I recently had the privilege to work with Josh Bringhurst on a recent concern of mine. We worked together to come to a resolution that we were very satisfied with. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Very comfortable setting. I would recommend this branch to anyone.

I have been a member for the past year and must say I'm very happy with the service. Teresa has been a big help with my needs at the credit union. I feel like the credit union gives you a comfortable feeling when you walk into it. Everyone is very friendly and are eager to help you. Teressa has been awesome! Great customer service!
