Great place to buy a car or truck. Service is good and the people are spot on

Went there in Summer 2020. My Traverse brakes were spongy. I wanted to use a Chevy dealer. I had just bought the car used in June. It turned out the brake fluid was bad, so they changed it. In the process both bleeder bolts busted. I had to get 2 new calibers. It took about 3 hours wait. I got there at 1pm. Didn't leave till 4:30. My husband took me to eat during the process after he got off work. After I sent him home, expecting my car fixed I was a told my car was not drivable. They didn't have a loaner for me. My husband had to come back. I couldn't get the car till next day. This was due to not having parts in. It cost 500 bucks. The service guy said they took off some for labor. It was not the best experience. The service guy was very kind and it seemed like they were understaffed. I can't take that risk again of not having a car or being offered a loaner. I was pregnant at the time and it was stressful. It seemed weird that both my bleeder bolts broke at same time. They broke when they were bleeding my brakes. My brakes are better but they still make a small sound. Not a good way to treat a new customer or any customer for that matter.

Had something puncture my tire pulled in asked the service dept. for some air or a tire plug kit, the guys tried to plug it for me free of charge and instead fixed the tire with a patch which meant they had to take the tire off and patch and re mount and balance it for me and they did so immediately and helped me get back on the road so I highly recommend these guys great service good people!!!
