Service advisor seem to be more focus on proving my cause for concern wasn't creditable. I first sought service because of a factory recall notice I had received in the mail. After speaking with advisor, I was informed that “it didn't exist” and I would have to pay “x” for services. When in fact I later spoke with a female associate and she was able to point me in the right direction. The recall that “didn't exist” did exist but my vehicles VIN number didn't fall under vehicles that had said part/issue. The lady was nice but my service advisor could use a lesson in communicating with customers. So after paying “x” for service I felt my business was not appreciated and will not be taking it back for return services of my own free choice.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Whitten Brothers and the staff was very helpful. I arrived around 4:30 PM and was driving my new vehicle by 6:00 PM that day. The staff explained the process and every document thoroughly. I was offered many different options to choose from for financing. When I purchase my next vehicle, I will surely use Whitten Brothers again.

Great and quick service on my Grand Cherokee! Tracy is efficient and keeps me updated on the progress and any issues that come up. Having built race engines and cars, I'm a bit more demanding than the average consumer, and I highly recommend Whitten Brothers for service. Good and dependable people!
