Save yourself a hassle and go down the road to German American or literally anywhere else. The staff was rude, unknowledagble, and unwilling to assist. They certainly were not concerned with making another client. I am surprised they've lasted this long. Not only did they refuse to set up my account because it would have a week hold on the personal check; completely unheard of. They also did not know any of the policies in regards to checking account fees, etc. Upon my own research I was shocked to find the monthly fees and overwhelming hassle the company is as a whole.
