I love this place Mr. Orlando has been awesome he does my taxes and I have had a loans as well. He's always professional always smiling and he makes you feel like a person not just a number! I would recommend this place to anyone that needs their taxes done and anyone that needs a personal loan go see Mr. Orlando!!

Worst experience. Was told a flat lie to my face when asking why I wasn't expected. When correct on there lie , I was transferred to a manger, where she gave me ANOTHER lie to why I wasn't excepted . So still till this day I was denied with no valid explanation. Not to mention!!! My sister way worst credit then me was excepted 2 days before me with no hesitation. They pick and choose who they want to deal with. Very shady. Just be careful with them .

I called world finance and asked for the qualifications prior to applying for the loan and I felt confident I met the criteria well Derrick called me and ask me alotttttt of questions and they were personal like who was the person on my credit cards my husband but why would that even matter anyway I answered that I do not have any collection accounts everything positive no late payments my credit score is 600 the purpose of my loan was debt consolidation Derrick than wanted me to explain to him what exact bill I felt like he was going to far when I've already answered him “bill consolidation “ but that wasn't a good enough answered for him so he said because I would not answered him he was denying me & said it could be fraud He talked over me and was very unprofessional so I requested to speak to his boss who was nice and helpful but when he called Derrick of course Derrick told him I was denied due to lack of credit history which is crazy because they are a bad credit loan company and everything on my credit reflects positive I called SECURITY FINANCE and was approved without being interrogated or lied too I would not recommend this company !
