World Finance in Gonzales, Louisiana

Brandy and Kamryn were awesome. When they transferred Brandy everything went downhill. And then Kamryn was still amazing, but since she's been out I've experienced nothing but trouble. The new manager and the other new girl are so unprofessional and they don't know how to speak to customers. I will be paying off my loan and not returning to this location. I'm very disappointed with the way things are being handled now. They really need to look into how things are running there.

Love the ladies there! They took care of me and helped me get what I needed, loan & tax wise! I definitely recommend them! Brandy and Kamryn are awesome!

Only gave this place one star cause I have to don't go to the gonzales location the lady Brandy that works there will harrsse u she's calls three to four times in one days five to six days a week I have been here three years now and always go.i. A refinance my.loan to make my credit go up I fell.into hard time and even let her know this she won't take a payment from me.know she wants me to pay the whole thing off at one time and I can't right now it's so bad I about to put harrassment changes on her I have called the Corp. Office and no calls back I have never delt with such rudness and disrespect from a company please don't go there unless u want ur to blow up she will even call five days before ur loan is due and start thanks for all the bad surface world finance
