This not a good place at all

This company is very rude! If you don't speak Spanish the company and ask if they can not understand you.when they get tired of talking to you they just transfer your call to another individual then you have to explain the situation repeatedly to different people over and over again. Sometimes they were hang up in your face and when you call back they act as if they don't know what happened or they'll say oh I place you on hold you did not hear me. When they are calling you to ask you do you want a love they are very nice but once you get the loan the attitude changed very briefly. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I applied for loan to help me out through Christmas season. They were extremely nice, understanding and even waited for me after business hours because I work really far from that location. I am very impressed with service provided by world finance.

I personally had been having problems with credit, and was in a bad situation. I called World Finance and spoke with Marcelina, She is very friendly and was able to get me approved for a Starter Loan. All the Ladies in the office had smiles on their face and greeted you when walking in the door. I definitely recommend this Loan company ask to speak with Marcelina!!

They place should get no stars. Don't go here to get a loan. The manger can't never return ur call and never can't get on the phone. We did the Application over the phone they said they was giving us a call back and never did. We been trying to get a hold of them for over a week already and there calls was getting transfer to a operator cause they so called had heavy calls. That's alot of BS for over a week. And they have all my husband private information. If y'all had this problem make a police report we had to Incase they try to use ur information For anything.

I love this place Especially during the pandemic. We all have to try our luck when we need funds with loan places ! The customer service is Great! They listen and respond and have open communication. Thanks world Finance.

These reviews are bogus they racially profile and help those they want to help. There is a guy there so lazy he doesn't want to do his job. He will tell you any lie and send you away. They made me wait 30 minutes for nothing. Then said we close at 6. It's not my fault they too slow. Take the extra trip extra gas to Stafford location. I really wish I still lived close to there because they never done this ever. They have really bad customer service don't acknowledge you when you walk in. Nd just too damn judgmental. Don't be black they are going to say an excuse and send you away.

I live in Massachusetts, and even though I am out of the state, everyone at this location has been very helpful over the phone and when I have come in to make a payment in person. They all know me by name and I enjoy the conversations with everyone there as well. If I wasn't always in a rush or out-of-state, I could definitely sit in their office and chat with them for hours. If you want an institution that cares about people, make a visit to World Finance on Bellaire. I highly recommend it.

They are friendly and the best loan company that I have gone to they will work with you.. I will recommend this place to all my family and friend..

Nice friendly people .. Helped me get a loan and kept me I formed when it was due what options I had as far as payoff or renewal. The online site is also helpful for keeping track.

I guess the Hispanic lady who answered the phone didn't wanna be at work today, she had an attitude because I didn't understand what she said when she first answered, but she was talking too fast and cutting me off so I'm good!
