The service is slower than .com banks and the big banks and credit unions. But the rates are lower and you aren't just a credit score. They talk with you and explain if you need to pay something off to get approved and they don't just send a dear john letter. They will even encourage you to take a lesser term and pay less interest if you can. Xcel is small and it will take them a day to process something. They aren't a sign and drive kinda place, but the rates are simply awesome. I'm sorry, but for me waiting 24-48 hours is worth saving a few thousand in interest. |
