The two specialist Carla and Wendy were not only raising their voices on the phone, but were not trying to fix the issue at all. They both just talked over my concerns and said there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a manager which they transferred the one from Carla to Wendy. Neither were in management, but it was assumed Wendy was until I asked for her position. We work hard everyday for our money, just to have individuals like this lie, talk down and manipulate you. DO NOT BANK HERE, looking to transfer my loan immediately. |
