She is always polite, has a smile, acknowledges every customer and is a always has a joyful very professional work demeanor. I have delt with other ladies and been very upset when I left but I always leave with a good positive attitude when sam is there.

There was no one in the store and the association was in back i had to call out for her to come to the front
