To be denied after already approve isn't great practice. I sit outside crying because of the encounter. I was approved for a personal, and auto loan. , brought all substantial documents on behalf of myself, got approved then denied verbally without any denial letters, It's been months and I still haven't received denial letters. I spoken with the Vice President and president whom asked me to leave after asking qualifying questions, this was the worse experience I had when I have accounts at this bank, I pay for applications fees, I work, I'm a essential worker that contributes to my state, small and mediums business. I'm a victim of discrimination, to feel and be treated in this regards isn't great practice. |
