I enjoyed my experience with American One. Taylor Z. Was very professional and through. I would definitively recommend this Credit Union for all aspects of banking. I have been with American One for decades and will continue to be a member. My loans was touch and go but they value customers who are loyal.

Applied for a loan and was approved and funds were deposited in less than 24 hours. Fast and smooth process. Everything was completed virtually and I didn't need to go into an office to finalize the paperwork.

Got a car loan recently. The loan process was smooth. However what I really will remember about American1 is Angie Williams my loan lady. She was in constant contact via phone and email. She answered every question and always had time for me. She got it done quick and she helped me get into a new car. She's amazing I highly recommend her for your loan needs! thank you miss Angie for everything!

This credit union was amazing to deal with. Often times you get the run around when trying to apply for a loan, but this was not the case. Aaron was great and answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. They helped me achieve my goal of owning a classic truck and I'm so very grateful. It was a pleasure working with them, and they will be getting more of my business in the future.

Tony at North St was so amazing. He acted as if we were the most important people in that moment of helping us. He listened to us, asked great questions, and got us all taken care of. It was a very pleasant experience and we could not have asked for a better employee to work with. Give that man a salary bump!

My experience is terrible for the passed two hours ive been trying to access my funds, after being told nothing was wrong with my account. Now being on hold again as the rude employee hung the phone up on me after two minutes of me hearing them in the background would not recommend American one to anyone and will be cancelling my account in march when my car is payed off thank you for your services.
