| Truth Hurts | Small town bank with poor customer service. The downtown location even has the chutzpah to close at 2:30pm during the week! I'm not sure what they are good at but I know it is not customer service. I called in to get help with making an online/photo deposit and was handed off to the Customer Service Representative. She told me to "download the App". I also wanted to get a credit card for car rentals. I despise credit cards but the rental companies require them. I was told I could do that online as well. This awful service was in February, in the middle of a snow storm, from a bank that I had never seen more than one customer in! Online banking is apparently the way to go these days. Sorry small town bank. |
