Bank of the West in Beaverton, Oregon

After dealing with the bank's commercial loan department, I opened a business account with this branch. Unfortunately, the branch manager made a number of blind false promises about services, then refused to do any further business. As a local business owner, it was about the worst banking service I have ever received. I will deal with the bank long enough to satisfy our business obligation, but will do no more business with the bank.

Very glad to read your review Andrew, I went through aВ similar experience with them, they seem to be very shady people, they very jealous and intimidated by business owners, these employees blame their failure on us.

I recently went to this branch and had a very poor experience. Not only could they not help me with the request on my account but I had to be the one to ask them to call other local branches to see if they can fulfill my request before I drive to another bank to help me. The teller then got her manager who was rude and informed me that she did not like the way I spoke to her teller, me asking her to call other branches. That was the tellers job to try and see what they could do to resolve my issue that was this branches fault not mine. Who, wait for it, got her other manager to literally repeat the same information that the teller and first manager told me. I have been banking with Bank of the West for many years and this was the only poor experience I had with them. Do not waste your time at this branch. Go to another branch!

Everyone here cares deeply about their customers. From the branch manager Joann, to all of the bankers/tellers Trey, Jamie and Nick, they go out of their way to make sure you are getting what you need and are always happy to see you! I love banking with them!

Secured Card is BS. They'll take your money!

I have been going here for 9 plus years and although the staff has changed over the years the employees are always so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. It's like having extended family. Through the good and bad they are there with a smile and willing to do whatever it takes to take care of you. Thanks BOW!!!!!

Worst Bank ever!!!! Do not do buiness with them. They add fees to additional payments, hang up on you when you ask questions after waiting 20 mins on the phone to speak to someone. HORRIBLE! I pulled all my money out asap.

Said they couldn't cash my check, took to another bank of the west and had no problems. Always experience and issue when using this branch. 0 stars would be more fitting
