Rayney Faye | I have been banking with blue over 10 years now and I have never had an issue until now, and really I have loved them. We applied for a home equity loan pretty close to two months ago now and the gal I believe her name is Sandra Gabel was taking care of getting everything taken care of. In the beginning there were three different people we dealt with, we sent in all of the necessary paperwork for this, and no one seemed to be on the same page. We tried several times to get ahold of Sandra and the communication was very off. It seemed to take a few days for her to get back to us. Once she did there were two/three different errors that occurred. 1. Income was input incorrect... twice. They had all paystubs along with tax information 2. Loan amount was input incorrectly. Once they corrected themselves we received a call saying we were approved but that we needed a new appraisal done... an appraisal that we sent in at the beginning of all of this... we've yet to receive a call from her management or to get clarification on why so many mistakes occurred along with why we're just now being told... once we we're approved... that the only way to proceed was to get a new appraisal done, after we already gave them our appraisal... so Blue if you read this we're still looking for answers. We're also wandering if this is usually how you treat your members who've baked with you for many years. Customer service should be the top of your priority and we're just not seeing it here. Huge gap in communication here, along with lack of explanation. |
