Christina Marshall | I bought a brand new 2020 F150 from Ford in Moses Lake. The sales experience was great, very friendly and I actually made a friend as well. The reason for my one star is because after a couple weeks went by the sinking system kept disconnecting my phone so I went back quite a few times. The end result is where it got disturbing. They are now blaming my phone for the problem. It would probably be understandable if I had an older phone but no, I have a new iPhone. It would also be understandable if I had problems in the past with my 2016 Ford Fusion, but no, I never had any issues. Ford is passing on the blame to the next. Very disappointed with how it has been handled. I will definitely be trading this truck in for something else. Maybe a company that will actually back up their product. Shame on you Ford for faulty technology and not fixing the problem. |
