The cashier was very racist, accused my people of stealing her words, not mine, took over 40 to attempt to verify a government issued check & when I told her I would go somewhere else, she refused to return my check & identification until I threatened to call the police. When I called to ask for the number to the district manager, I was told that it was policy that I couldn't have her last name or phone number. When I asked her Veronica to quote the policy to me, she refused & and then wouldn't say anything on the phone. I will definitely be furthering my complaint & I will never patronize this establishment again. |
