Ellen Rothfeld | Capital One has become a very difficult bank to do business with in person. Branches are closing all the time. Two have been closed in my area recently. One was a building built by them only a few years ago. The building remains empty and deteriorating. The building is not far from a residential area. The other was rented in a strip mall. At least that one was rented to another business. It appears the bank is only interested in internet transactions. |
Katherine Arauz | Drive thru ATM never works every time I go is out of service, I waited for 5 minutes at the drive thru teller and the staff just completely ignored me. |
matthew Dunn | ATM broken once again. Local Branches closing left and right. Time to move my accounts elsewhere. |
