After an unpleasant experience. Gracie the store manager called me and was extremely nice and attentive. She rectified the situation. That says a lot about her character and the customer service that this store gives there customers. Thank you for your time and for fixing this situation. I truly appreciate your call. I would recommend this location to anyone who is in need of help during these difficult times or anytime for that matter.

Went in looking for loan, didn't not expect the incredible service that i had with the employee Cesar. Kid really knew his stuff, helped me throughout the entire process. Any questions or concerns I had, Cesar was right across me ready and more than happy to help answer. Had a friendly attitude the entire time as well, which makes the boring and daunting task of filling out paper work leagues more enjoyable. Besides that seats were comfy, place might need a couple more plants though . I will be coming back when the time is needed !!!!!

Helen the store manager called me after me contacting Alma School location about an extension on my payment. I just got frustrated because that store never has good customer service and even act like they care. Helen made sure I was explained my options and said she will note on account to stop all the calls I keep getting to take out more credit. Thank you. No. These interest rates are outrageous so why would I want to do that. It's for their benefit not mine.

Am currently behind on my loan with cash 1 and am working with Renee from collections to get this thing paid off and be done with it. Cash 1 has always have good kind customer service and it's no different in this scenario. Sincerely would like to thank Renee for being so kind and patient with me as I work to pay off my loan. Cash 1 has always has awesome customer service that's probably why there are multiple cash 1 locations throughout the Valley.

Highly recommend coming here for friendly and fairly fast service. I usually hate these kind of places because the energy and service is off. But I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in and the process was very smooth. I worked with Deandre and he was the best. I spoke with him over the phone before I came and he was very helpful and even more welcoming in person. I probably spent about 15 minutes tops here and it was my first time which speaks volumes.
