The ladies there and the guy that works there are both very friendly and help you to feel welcome and comfortable. Saw a comment that mentioned they are rude and I definitely do not aggree with that. Sometimes they have to be firm, I'm sure a lot of customers try to take advantage of places like this. I've been with cash in minutes for over a year now and the people that work there are the same and have always been kind and making sure to do the best job that they can. The lady that's in the back office is very professional, kind and knows exactly what she's talking about just like the other employees. Highly recommend this place. They do their best to help you out.

I had nothing but bad experience with cash in min Provo. The owner of the company is extremely rude and Very unprofessional I would not recommend this place to ANY of my friends or family. Every single time the owner calls it's always a fight with her and always demanding the money right there and then. Very inconvenient that they don't have online payments you always have to go in to make cash payments. Which makes it very difficult when you're out of town Or have small children. The only reason why I gave this place a 1 star it's because there's a guy that works there that is extremely nice. He talks to me with respect like a normal human should be talked to unlike the owner. Don't ever come to this place!!!
