Central Bank in Eldon, Missouri

This location is amazing. You are always greeted within seconds of entering the building. The tellers are beyond helpful and always make my banking experience great. Their customer service is hands down the best in the area. They always go the extra mile to make sure customers are well taken care of. The facility is always clean. I look forward to going to the Eldon branch because I know what to expect!

The absolute best staff that I get the pleasure of dealing with. Todd Rader is and has always been there to help me and answer any questions I might have. He is the best and I feel that with great leadership like that it has to be one of the reasons the entire staff is so friendly and helpful. Tamara has helped us two times with refinancing and made both experiences a breeze. I jever wanted to refinance because of the headache but it wasnt the case with her. Taylor Bailey is another that went above and beyond. From the second I told hom I was looking for a truck, he made the process so much easier. Taylor answered called on vacation to help me and has some of the best customer service I've seen. The night after hours I got the truck he followed up congratulating me and making sure everything went ok. I didn't allow him alot of time but it didn't matter he came through for me. All the tellers, everyone at that Eldon branch I appreciate you so much!
