dan lukas | This is chase in general. I submitted for an credit in August. It is now the end of September and I still have not received my letter wether I was declined or accepted to receive a card. I've gone in there and attempted to correct the issue 3 times and here I am still waiting. I'd say fourth try is the charm but I don't want to have a credit card through a bank that can't even mail out a single piece of paper. Changing banks. Its a shame this bank used to be great but they have declined very far downhill |
