Chelsea Chevrolet Buick in Chelsea, Michigan

First off I want to thank JEFF DIESING from the bottom of my heart for his patience, determination and commitment to his customers. The acquisition process started in late August / early September 2017. My first choice was the color black with a few good options on it. Unfortunately my hometown dealership didn't have the exact match I was looking for. So I took to the internet to find some vehicles within a couple hundred miles or less. I found a few vehicles, but in my searching online I realized that I might like white. I found, 'The One' and let Jeff know. Unfortunately the vehicle was out of state and he explained to me that the other dealers are not required to trade. Nonetheless I kept my hopes up. A week passed by and no response from that dealer. In the meantime I had found other white vehicles and let Jeff know. He put in requests to those dealers out of state just to maximize our potential. A few more weeks went by with dealers not responding and me becoming frustrated. Not with Jeff or anyone at Chelsea Chevrolet Buick, but rather at other dealers within the Michigan area. To me as a consumer I expect to get what I want if I'm buying it. I know that works in theory, but in true practice this doesn't always work. I had all but given up on finding a vehicle in the 2017 model year and was about ready to order one from the factory built exactly the way I wanted it. The only problem with that is I wouldn't have gotten the huge incentives from GM on a 2018. So I decided to give the silver/grey color a look. The more I looked at them, the more I liked them. We started the ball rolling again and found a vehicle in Michigan still almost 300 miles away in the same state. The dealer in Manistee responded immediately, found a swap vehicle for them and said the deal was good to go. When I got the call from Jeff letting me know that the deal was going to happen I was super excited! Jeff and his staff quickly got the vehicle and brought it back to Chelsea where it would receive some add-on accessories and final detailing before delivery. On Friday, October 6, 2017 I picked up my new vehicle from Chelsea Chevrolet Buick. Jeff and I were both smiling ear to ear when we met. She looked beautiful and still does. The vehicle is exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier. I want to personally thank Jeff Diesing for being patient with me as I know I am not the easiest customer to work with. He is a true professional and a huge asset to not only Chelsea Chevrolet Buick, but to General Motors as a whole. Thank you Jeff! and thank you Lance Underwood & GM -Greg Sommers

We had to have our truck towed to dealership. Got us in next am they called by 11 am next day all done. less than 30.00 bucks
