Citizens Bank in Andover, Massachusetts

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I have used many banks over the years, and this is by far the worst! The computers are always down which is aggravating. But the worst experience I had was when my money was deposited into someone else's account. Their computers were down again of course, so I did not discover the mistake until the next day. When I called to try to resolve this, I was SHOCKED at how poorly this was handled. This was their mistake, but no one wanted to help me make this right. I had tried reaching out to the branch itself the Andover, MA branch and I spoke directly to the teller that took my deposit. I believe her name was Liz, and I am not sure if she is a manager, teller, or what. She was the rudest, nastiest person I have dealt with. She was so unsympathetic and didn't care that she messed up big time. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she refused to give me his information and I was instead told to "call the 1800 number". I am so disappointed in how this was handled, and it is still not resolved. Thankfully I saved the receipt from my deposit, I am not sure what would have happened if I didn't. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way it was handled was so poor. I will be closing out my account as soon as this is resolved, and hopefully I can find another bank with better customer service.
