When you call the customer service number you get a customer service rep that is from a totally different country. They do not listen to you, interrupt you while you're talking and repeat the same thing over and over. Charges go into my account, magically disappear and then re-appear two days later resulting in over draft fees. And those overdraft fees will take an addition 3 days to be charged. You can have a positive balance and still get charged overdraft fees. My debit card information was stolen twice. Both times they asked if the charges were mine via text. I responded no and they still allowed the charges to be processed and took weeks to give me the money back. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! |
