Citywide Banks in Fraser, Colorado

Worst bank I've ever dealt with. Mysterious fees with no explanation, forced to "hand write" certain requests like closing an account, horrible customer service, and more fees over 700 in the past two years without explanation. I've dealt with several banks in my life, and I have never actually felt compelled to leave a review for one - until CityWide Banks in Winter Park. Unfortunately, in Winter Park, there are only so many options to bank at, but I've found that calling in to the Broomfield branch has been more useful to me than going in person to the Winter Park branch. If you're reading this - beware of this bank. It is also somewhat public knowledge that the employees at this bank tend to gossip about their customers and check on accounts that belong to people they know, for fun. Sooner or later, this bank will be audited and likely shut down because of their illegal practices.

Worst bank ever if they change there name they also can change your account with out telling you they did so and charge ridicules amounts of money for a over draft fee even if the money is not pulled out. Scam

Really nice people working here, friendly, fast service, nice atmosphere, clean well lit parking area.
