| Taysha Hubbard | NO, NO, NO I do not recommend ever buying a vehicle from this dealership! They will screw you over in a heartbeat. I had test driven a vehicle, I had looked at it myself and also went another time with my grandfather and we had asked several questions is there anything wrong with the vehicle, have things been repaired on the vehicle, has it been in any accidents, etc. the typical questions that need to be asked buying a used vehicle . Well the vehicle had a wheel barring out, they repaired it before I bought it well, I'm not dumb, if one goes out the other more than likely goes out so a few days later when i went to buy the vehicle they told me take the vehicle, we will order the part, and set up a time with our mechanic to fix the problem. Okay, perfect, sounds good. I had bought the vehicle the last day of July, the barring did not get fixed until the middle of September! I had been hounding them non stop every week, multiple times a week to try to get my vehicle fixed. It got to the point where I couldn't even drive my vehicle anymore. When I finally told them that, they told me to come get the part myself and a check to have my own mechanic fix it! Besides dealing with all of that, a month after I had the vehicle I had broken my arm so I had only driven it a handful of times I found out there were multiple things wrong with the vehicle, the drive shaft, the accelerator, the pulleys on the transmission, etc. I addressed them about my concerns and they basically said, "Not my problem." I am now working with a lawyer to attempt to get something figured out because I have put more money into this vehicle than its worth and have only had it for 3 months, so lemon laws may apply because the vehicle at this point in time is unable to be driven! So I warn you from my experiences with this small dealership, DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM! |
