Colony Bank in Sylvester, Georgia

This "bank" is a joke! They won't answer the phone at the local branch. Their 800 numberfor "customer service" is also closed on nights and weekends. So, if you don't know your debit or credit card and it gets lost or stolen you can't even report and stop the activity until the next buisiness day. The automated system will not even process the call without your card number! And finally, they claimed they sent me out a new card the day I reported the card stolen, well it's been ten days and I still have not received it, not to mention, the have have eyet to replace the amounts taken out of my account by the scum that took my card. Beware of using this bank!!!

If you put this money in your bank you might as well throw it in a burn pile. These people will drill you with questions for trying to deposit money into your owns account and it just took me 40 minutes to get on the phone with someone in Sylvester Georgia. There's nothing happening in Sylvester Georgia that's keeping anyone in that branch from answering the phone for 40 minutes with 0 callers ahead of me. Useless.
