Keyawna Hammett | I LOVE THEM THEY ARE LIKE MY SECOND FAMILY. RESPECTFUL AND POLITE. |
S Geisel | I had a great experience with the staff at Covington as long as I kept renewing my loan. However, when I attempted to pay the loan off, they refused to answer my questions and I did not hear from them for four months only to find out there was a balance due. Then they gave me the wrong amount and called and called both me and my friends over 10. When I finally called and asked what was up, they gave me the remaining amount, so I paid it and the receipt came in a totally different amount. If they had wanted to keep me as a customer, they would have waived that 10, since it was their mistake. |
