Credit Acceptance is a great way to rebuild credit or get a auto loan, I see bad reviews but realize, they provide a service and provide auto loans to people with BAD CREDIT people must pay their car payments as agreed, if so you will never ever have a bad experience, I had my loan here once and later re-financed via my credit union. I see shop around as well I did and Credit Acceptance was OVER AND OVER used by Car Dealers for a reason THEY FINANCE EVERYONE unless you burned them and even then with the right money down they will look at some people again.

I knew going into a contract with them my APR was 23 and I was okay with that and this company has been so great to work with me on any issue I have had. They are great if you call ahead to let them know what's going on a head of time. Yes I already know I am paying more than what my car is worth but I knew that going into it. My suggestion is do your research people on everything! I would recommend for someone who really is in a bind like I was and needs a car but they only work with certain dealers which was irritating but I found a great dealer. I always call on the weekends and speak with someone because the people during the week is iffy sometimes but I have never had an issue with them.

This company pulled me out of bind. Only 500 to.put down and I got a great truck. Which has been paid off for 2 years know. My credit started growing right away. Know I never missed a payment and that really helped my credit. Thanks for that opportunity when I needed it. God sent at that time in my life.
