Dollar Loan Center in North Las Vegas, Nevada

I was in a bind and needed a loan but couldn't get proper paperwork..Eva called me at home to tell me she could get the paperwork I needed. Love this place great service.

Alex is amazing he is always so helpful and nice. The best part is he is not the only amazing the entire staff there is the best in town!!!!!

Super disappointing, I have been with Dollar loan center for years. They used to be great! Now they are horrible!! They have no customer service skill and Alex at this store called my job to say they were looking for me to pay my loan when i had already paid them. Are they loan sharks now?

Went it for a loan and they were just rude and on the phone with coworkers. After twenty minutes I ask how longer and it turns into an argument with the manager and the worker. Will never return. Need new management and works. Just on the there phone in front of customers and gossiping.

I usually get helped by Rosie whenever I come here, I saw all the bad reviews so I expected something bad, but it wasn't like that at all. Rosie was super quick and very friendly. She answered my questions and concerns. Sometimes I need to do the loan through the phone and she makes the process very simple and easy to follow. I would highly recommend this location, they have a great staff.

Should be a place for no stars or demerits even......This location has employees that are rude, unprofessional and BEWARE YOU WILL GET QUESTIONED LIKE YOUR UNDER INVESTIGATION. NOT WORTH IT!!! CHOOSE A MUCH BETTER LOCATION TRUST ME.

I just want to say a big thank you to I believe her name was Myana. She was so helpful when I called. I lost my mama 2 weeks ago and I am unable to make my payment this week and she helped me out by setting up for me to make a double payment when I get paid next. Thank you thank you. You are truely a blessing to me right now.
