This is a great place to bank. Get away from the big Banks and feel the warmth of a credit Union. No monthly fees. I've been a member since I was a kid. I've been a member of a dozen other Banks but this will always be my root.

I went to this one as they were open till 6 and I was just traveling to colorado springs and getting into the springs at like 5 pm. Not to mention I only seen ones open til 5, called the customer support number. Phenomenal actually got a human and got my answer. The bank was super helpful took care of everything I needed and more. Even though i got there at like 530 and a specialist still seen me. Went all the way up and pass 6. Friendly they always greet you. They save me money all the time. If your looking for a bank look no further! Get ENT!

Infinitely better than other banks I've been with! They give plenty of resources, they're technology is up to date, they care about your financial well-being, they're easy to contact. Not to mention the cash rewards they give you at the end of the year just for being with them :

The individuals who work at this branch are amazing! They are all so kind and personable! I literally drive across Colorado Springs to specifically use this branch of ENT. I refuse to go to any other location unless they are closed at this one. Never had a more pleasant bank experience. Any issue I ever have which is very rare with Ent in general is resolved promptly!!

This branch since covid has been horrible. Their decision to close and the new regulations are horrible. I work next door and have not been able to bank regularly. Our money is essential they should be more essential for us. Step up do more, stay open later. Its our money. Put an atm outside

I always highly recommend Ent. I've been with them since I was 9 and for good reasons. If you're a student at UCCS I recommend it even more because you'll get interest on your checking account.

I love these guys. Whenever something comes up I walk in and talk to the very friendly and helpful staff. I think ENT in general is a great service and unlike those bigger banks I don't feel like they are out to get me. Also, that 24 hour ATM is a life saver.

They make you expose your face by removing your mask. There a has to be a better way during a pandimic. They have only one entrance open and it's the side entrance not the main entrance in front.

Do not use this bank! They have no one to talk to in case of emergency. filled a dispute for 200 dollars for a fraud charge. Was told id get a letter in the mail asking questions about the dispute. Never got the letter. Sent 3emails telling them I never got the letter send another. Letter never came. Well here I am.in Missouri at a gas station on a trip and I find out there is no money on my card. They reversed the refund and took all the money out of my account without even giving me a heads up. Ive been stuck at this gas station for a day in the middle of no where with 3kids and my wife . No money for food or gas. No way to get ahold of the investigation department to get my money back. I'm told I have to wait 48 hours to talk to any one . My kids are starving and stuck in a car with no gas until some one calls me. This is unacceptable that they have no one for a emergency department like other banks. They can take my money at whim with no heads up but I can't get ahold of any one to deal with my problems. This is the worst bank ever ill be closing all of my personal and business account for me and my family. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Thanks for making my family starve . We cannot even pay for a hotel so will be sleeping in my car im Missouri until I get a call so I can go home.

I'm giving this five stars only because there's not an option for six stars. My family and I have been members at Ent for more than three decades. The service is always stellar from every staff member. I moved out of Colorado in 2009 but continue maintaining my primary accounts with Ent because of their exceptional service. Kudos!

Very nice ENT with great customer service reps. We were able to get new debit cards in less than 20 minutes. There are several loan officers and tellers. The drive up has two ATM's and there is also one inside.

Needed to deposit some quick cash and wanted a double count from a desk agent. They were super helpful and the facility was VERY clean. It is also conveniently located on the way to I-25 highway.

Great credit union! Large area for ATMs and I guess they have 'video tellers' nowadays. Nice modern location as well. We use this whenever we go to Costco or something near there!

After multiple less-than-stellar experiences with the big banks, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Ent. Their staff are super helpful and friendly in every location as well as on the phone. The online banking system works well, and they have locations and ATMs conveniently located all over town. Being able to use a CO-OP ATM when I'm out of town is a great perk too. Their rates on deposit accounts are great, as is the lack of fees. But perhaps one of my favorite things is that they print your debit card on the spot when all the big banks insist on making you wait for it to come in the mail!

Not just this one, but ALL ent banks have a serious malfuntion. If time and money mattered this bank would be last when it comes to time management. All of them take at least 20 min per transaction, everybody - everytime

Staff is great, but there needs to be either a bigger location to serve more people or another location near by. Seems like any time of day the wait is forever.

Wonderful service here... The security is always around. The staff is beautiful. The company is just awesomeness. How can you imagine being a child again and then adult. Ent got the answer.

I have been coming to the ENT Credit Union for shared branching purposes for a couple years and I finally made the leap to jump on as an ENT banking member. Every time I have come into this location I have been greeted by the most kind security officer he always opens the doors for people he walks people out to their car to make them feel safe he is a sincere gentleman. The post I wanted to make his actually about Amanda. Today she was so very helpful and helping me open up a checking and savings account at a bank. She helped me through the process with a very professional attitude and it was obvious that she knows her profession extremely well. I originally went in today to purchase the safety deposit box, but they did not have any at this location, so Amanda took the time to call around to other ENT locations and help find a place that had the right size safety deposit box for me. I can't say enough nice things about Amanda and all the other staff at this location. I have been coming here for three years and I've always been treated with the highest level of respect and you can tell that customer service is their number one priority. I plan on being a customer for life. Thank you for everything Amanda.

Switched from USAA after near 20 years. They just got huge and their customer service took a nose dive. So, we decided to go local. Great decision for our family. The service is friendly, convenient and I feel like they are here to help. So far we are really enjoying our new bank.

I have my car loan with Ent and will be switching all my other accounts over to them very soon. The workers at this particular branch are very friendly and helpful and the location is more convenient. I haven't had any issues with Ent so far but sadly too many with my current bank. I am looking forward to being a fulltime member with Ent.

Here at ENT off Murray at 5:15 and never, ever have I dealt with an associate as amazing and unbelievably helpful as Marie. This girl goes above and beyond to do everything in her power to get you taken care of. My car was broken into 2 weeks ago and a lot was stolen, including my debit card and ID. Im not off til 5 at the earliest and getting anything done with the bank has been completely impossible anywhere else. She makes it all possible, im so thankful for her and her always positive attitude. You rock girl!!

they have stolen money from me, from this location. and to top it off my google review is magically not here any more. ent is a good bank, but find another location this murray location is sleazy
