If you close your account within first 3 months after you find out this bank has a 0 convenience factor they charge a 25 close fee. Bank is robbing to stay alive. NOT customer centric. You cannot make mobile deposits either until your account has been open for a while. This bank's negative traits outweigh the benefits. I wanted to support local and it's nice to have a friendly local bank but not one that takes takes takes from its customers. ALSO 0 originality for having a name so close to Texas First Bank. I think I'll switch to Texas First. This bank is awful and they don't have a coin counter either because apparently money isn't money |
