I cashed a check through the app and was told that I would have my money within 2 hours. Then I get an email saying that my check got put on a 7 day hold. When I called to ask why they didn't have an answer for me. I got ahold of the branch manager and she said they put it on a hold because it might be fraudulent. ITS A PAYROLL CHECK. The bank that the company I work for has already released the check to this bank, but here we are. I have bills to pay and I can't because they think that a payroll check is going to be fraudulent. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not use this bank. |
