| Dustin Froneberger | Used this credit union for a second time for a car loan because they bought out our loan on a previous car and we had a good experience. We re-financed our current car through them and purchased gap insurance. We paid this loan off 3 years early today yay us, but then just got told we won't get a refund of the gap insurance like we were promised when we refinanced. I specifically asked them at the time of re-finance because we had planned to pay off early. We weren't sure how early so decided to buy it if we could get refunded. Now, all of a sudden, they only refund within 60 days. How convenient. Buyer beware. Don't use them, they are shady as all get out. I didn't want a full refund, I just wanted the portion I did not use. |
