David Parker | I have been with this credit union for all of it's existence, formerly SECUWA, formerly Washington School Employees Credit Union. For 30 + years banking without issues mostly, until they sold out and merged with GESA credit union. This has beed a nightmare trying to access my account. I hope they read the reviews, and I'm sure I'm not alone here. They aren't answering their phones, I've tried for three days from morning til night never once getting anyone to talk to. Online they say they can't verify my account, every time I try to login it's rejected. There simply is no excuse to not have a better plan in place...I will try again tomorrow and when I do get through I will say goodbye to GESA for good. |
Alyssa Black | I have had nothing but issues with Inspirus since joining on my husbands account. Today I called the number on the back of my debit card to report it lost. The automated messaging system told me to press 3 for card services after hours. I did and the company I spoke to asked for my social. I provided it and she couldn't find my card in their system. Turns out, they switched after hours companies and I had to call a separate number. Once I called the correct number, I spoke to a gentleman with a heavy accent. I could barely understand him and I had to repeat myself numerous times. He wouldn't answer any questions about if my pending transactions would still clear or not and I'll have to call Inspirus in the morning to get another card ordered. What's the point in having an after hours company to service your members cards if they can't fully help us? This is just the tip of the iceberg. |
bonnie harper | Friendly but most importantly doing busy with Inspirus has been helpful. They work at resolving your concerns as they address them with as many options available. Going on my second year with this credit union and I'm glad I chose this one. |
