Glacier Bank in Whitefish, Montana

I am frustrated with the clunky, archaic online banking system and app that won't display more than 12 months' statements, making doing my taxes very difficult. Called to get statements emailed to me and there is a 3 charge per statement. Went in person and they solved it quickly with no fee, so adjusting review to account for that. Still would like to see a better online banking system.

The online banking is absolutely terrible. I am frequently locked out of my account with no way to fix it until M-F when they are open. They charge a very high fee for using other ATMs and will not accept my paychecks from a legal local medical cannabis dispensary.

We have ALWAYS had courteous, professional service from everyone at Glacier. We would say Glacier goes far beyond the standard in offering every banking service.

Hard to find posting pictures..has drive up for trucks!

Their drive thru tellers are completely rude. I had a customer I brought up to the drive thru to draw money out. The customer couldn't hear or understand the teller so I kindly FaceTimed my work phone and sent it through the tube to help them both out. That was a mistake because I got a mouth full of a-hole responses from the teller about it. We are NOT paid to listen to your lip service. I will NEVER recommend this bank to anyone to the day I'm 6 feet under.
