Harlowe Thomas | I went to this branch the week of June 17th. For a small branch to have long lines is rather ironic, to be honest. The wait time can be over 10 minutes long, just to make a deposit. The branch manager, Alexandra sits in her office and doesn't address the long lines at all. How is this efficient? For example, there was 3 tellers, but one of them went to lunch. The other was not taking in deposits at all, and so that left 1 teller available. A woman was at the available teller station for 10 minutes. She was asking for account balances, paying her bills, then depositing money. I think they really need to limit time at the tellers to at least 2 transactions. It would save a great deal of time. Can Greater Alliance Corporate please visit this branch and observe how this branch is run? It is so inefficient. |
