R Koz | Very disappointed with what GTE has become. I have been a member for 25 years. This location is terrible! If I could give them negative -10 stars it still would not be enough! Staff is completely not helpful. I am a business account holder. Not one customer in the building. They would not help me. they stated I need to make an appointment. And that no appointments were available until Monday or Tuesday. This is UNACCEPTABLE! What I needed would take them 5 minutes or less. Was still told no. Very disgusted with this place. You cannot blame covid 19 for not wanting or even trying to help your customers. The future is not bright for this place. I am going bank shopping. |
Am Homes | Its unfortunate that this bank has opted for more automation. When their clients are more of the elderly, which we all know hates change and dealing with machines. Wait time is ludicrous. As a long time member I'm appalled at ATM servicing. Always down with issues! @gtefinancial fix this |
Joyce Gourley | I'm a disabled veteran with multiple disabilities due to my time in service. Yesterday I came to the town n country branch for service. While waiting for my turn, Irma asked me to wear a mask, I explained that I was a disabled veteran and was unable to wear a mask but requesting reasonable accommodation for service. Never demanded to enter into their facility but service. When I told Irma the exact Act, she went to relay that her manager, Jerome Perez. I repeated the Act twice to Irma. When he came out it was evident that he didnt look it up. Jerome Perez came out dismissive, rude, and belittling. Jerome Perez's response was never this is our policy, but we will find a way to help you out. He mocked me when I again quote the Americans with Disabilities act under tier 3 that all they needed to do was to make a reasonable accommodation, he claims I made it up. Then when I tried to show him the Act, he yelled stay back 6 feet. He never once asked what was in there for but chastised me saying he was moving on to someone who came ready to be served. I cannot wear a mask, I'm disabled, it's not a choice but something that happened while servicing in our United States Military. When I demanded service that all I needed was to deposit cash. He flatly said, go to the ATM & briefly explained I could do it there. I've never done this process before so I dont even know where to begin other than go to the atm. But fine, there wasn't a need to go in. He never apologized for not asking me why I was there to begin with, to avoid all that hassel or how disrespectful he was to me the entire time we spoke. I never demanded to go in but service. Not once person asked me what services I was there for, not one! Is this your idea of customer service? I was recieved with contempt and disrespect. This is ableism at it's best. Mock the disabled veteran who already struggles in life for things they can't control. Good job GTE. |
