I have found the tellers to be discourteous and more involved in personal conversations than attending to their job and the needs of their customers. They moved to a location which was incapable of having a drive through option. Not good during a pandemic. The final straw came today when I was told that they charge a fee to write out checks from a maturing CD if that check is not to me. They are charging ME to give ME back my OWN money. It certainly makes one wonder the financial stability of a bank. Needless to say, I will have no further dealings with Howard bank. |
