Amazing!!!! This place .. I highly recommend! No wait, no hassle! Very very satisfying experience! Christian helped me out! He was very patient, very informative, wasn't just trying to sell me anything, he explained everything in simple terms for me! Omg! I've already told my entire family to shop there!! I will be a returning customer for sure! Not to mention the entire staff was friendly , helpful and very patient! I'm excited!

This was my first time utilizing this KIA service center. I was greeted by two very pleasant employees who were friendly and welcoming. After I was asked a couple questions I was directed to the waiting area, it was clean and comfortable. There was actually a young man walking around cleaning he was very detailed. They offer a variety of snacks and beverages. I wish I had purchased my vehicle from here instead of HAWKINSON KIA worst mistake ever! Might be time for an upgrade. Overall pretty satisfied, will definitely come back to have my vehicle services taken care of.

I've had wonderful experience with this place. I was looking for a specific car and the right price. Jim who helped me find the right car and the right price range for the car I need.
