JSC Federal Credit Union in Seabrook, Texas

I came in to open an account about a week ago with JSC's Seabrook Location and the associate, Isaac P, went above and beyond to make sure that I opened my account with ease. He was diligent and answered every one of my questions. This location is great, ask for Isaac for any of your banking needs!

This JSC is the slowest and worst JSC around it used to be fine before they got the new location now on average plan on waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru line but look in the window and you will see plenty on people working in there not to mention u will never pull up to a pen or deposit slips in the cannisters and they will not deposit with just a signature and your account number they make u fill out the slip. This location seems to make it as difficult as possible and if it was my normal location I would close my account for sure. The 3 league city locations are so much better please someone move to management over the from LC and turn it around

I opened a business account here because of the convenience. HUGE mistake. Since my account has been open I have had nothing but problems. They deposited my money into my checking account just to tell me 5 days later tell me there is no such account on file. The young lady who opened my account gave me all the wrong information on my paper work. I never got any paperwork on my savings. When you call customer service it gets even better worse. They also do not have a clue what's going on. Left me on hold for 20 minutes. Can not even link my checking account with my PayPal because the account number is wrong. When they finally fixed it they told me it would be 3-5 business days before it goes through. I guess convenience isn't everything.
