KeyBank in Shelton, Washington

The people at this Bank are the most amazing individuals I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with out of any Bank I dealt with in the ever. Jessie, Lonni Tracey and everyone there is so helpful, personable and and they really go out of their way for you. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I will never Bank anywhere else :-

THIS BRANCH DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS AND THEY TREAT PEOPLE LIKE COMPLETE TRASH, IN PARTICULAR THE BRANCH MANAGER, JESSE AND ANOTHER REP NAMED LONNIE. BECAUSE OF THOSE TWO INCOMPETENTS, I ENDED UP IN THE HOSPITAL. I had originally spoken to Lonnie and left several messages for the branch manner to call me back because KeyBank decided to randomly put an Internal extended hold on my payroll check that lasted over 7 days. I never even got past the messages because Jesse never bothered to return any of my phone calls, despite the urgency of the issue because I needed to get my medication and see my doctor, but I could not do that without getting access to my funds. The branch manager never called me back and all the did was relay a message with Lonnie to tell me that he could not do anything for me and that jerk never called me back despite me leaving several urgent messages. Now, I'm in the hospital and I'm about to sue this bank!!!!! I was planning to purchase my first home through KeyBank because my friend banks here and she recommended them. However, that's not going to be happening anymore. Maybe it's a race thing because I don't know why they would not even return my calls or even attempt to try and help me. I will be closing my account with this bank and never bank with them again. This bank is completely unprofessional and as far as I'm concerned, completely unethical.
