Twice I asked for status and finally manager Cynthia came out from the back but would not have much to say. There is no excuse to at least be polite for the tardiness without volunteers having to summon the manager, or be clear when one comes in the door and let us know that it could be 1 or more hour waiting so we can decide to wait or not. Unfortunately I will not be donating at Laguna Hills center again for the lack of basic management skills. |

Only gripe I have is that it's not so easy to get in without an appointment which is odd when they are always in need. I've given blood since the 80s and always when I had a few spare mins. I'd drop in, drop a pint and get out. Appointments make it difficult to help out, although I continue to try. |
