Great customer service , I was so nervous going there but the sales man calmed me down fast and was able to help me . He was really nice and very understanding. Even though I didn't buy a car from there do to financial reasons but my experience was an amazing one . Definitely a must to go to place if you have cash they are great . Thank you for everything and for all your help today I appreciate it .

Wow... This place goes above and beyond what any other dealership would do for you. Great service and quality cars. They treat you like family from the very get go. I'm looking forward on doing more business with them in the future. Its hard to find trustworthy in this world today, but I know I've found it with these folks. Keep up the great work.

It has been 6 years since I bought a car from Lansing Auto Mart LAM. I wanted to leave this review because they came up in a random conversation about car buying. I was talking to my son, now the driver of the car, about how honest and upfront LAM was about everything with the car. They didn't give me some hard sell sales pitch, they just put it all on the table and let me make a decision. Great people to deal with. They obviously left a lasting impression with me. Oh, and the car we bought is still plugging along, never had a single problem with it other than routine maintenance.
