I've had a great experience working with Tim Sikes using Leader's Mortgage services. He was very helpful throughout the entire home buying process. Tim Sikes was nothing but helpful during the entire experience of purchasing my first home. He always went above and beyond and was always very patient with me and all of my questions. Tim would also contact me at random just to make sure that everything was OK and that if I had any questions to let him know. It said drive through closes at 5pm. I drove from dyersburg to jackson and made ot to the bank at 4:32 and they were closed. Looked online it said other bank on highland was still open drove across jackson made it there at 4:40pm they were closed. Im very upset and very disappointed at the lack of customer service and the lack of updating the hours or standing by them. And whats so bad ive gotten off work several times and made it up there at 4:30pm and they have never been closed. So if they closed early why not send an email or post it online. Something, a waste of time and gas!!

Do not do business with these people and they're shady side gig of selling used cars. We were sold a car and told that they'd had it fully serviced and inspected. Lo and behold we've now sunk well over a thousand dollars into repairs. Long story short, if you want to buy a faulty vehicle and be lied to about the quality, then by all means: buy your cars here.
